Alen Air Purifiers A-375UV MultiGas and I… partners in helping me live with MCS.

My name is Sarah and I suffer from a debilitating condition that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. It’s called MCS or Multiple Chemical Sensitivity which is a reaction to low and medium levels of smoke, pesticides, chemicals, paints and volatile organic compounds. Some “experts” even say that MCS is a non-specific condition or may even be psychological.

Because the condition is real and until recently when I discovered the “Alen” A-375 UV MultiGas Air Purifier, my life indoors was a pure hell.

I couldn’t afford to build a state-of-the-art green home like so many other people just like me people and had to purchase a 35 year old fixer-upper within my budget…sound familiar? Carpets; wallboard with standard oil and latex paints; plywood with chemical resins; painted and plaster ceilings; foam and batted insulation….. all that contain chemicals of some type and loaded with materials that emit VOC’s.
